Welcome to FC SOCKS These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fcsockswear.com ("Site") and the purchase of socks or related products ("Products") from FC SOCKS. Ordering and Payment Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to our approval. We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, payment problems, or suspected fraud, notifying you via email. Pricing: Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where required by EU law. Shipping costs are added at checkout unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors even after an order is placed. Payment: We accept credit/debit cards via secure Squarespace payment processing. You agree to provide accurate billing information. 3. Shipping and Delivery Shipping details are outlined at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs (for international orders). Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact support@fcsockswear.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. 4. Product Use and Availability Description: We strive to accurately describe our socks, but slight variations in color or design may occur due to manufacturing or screen display differences. Availability: Products are subject to stock levels. If an item is out of stock after ordering, we’ll notify you and refund the unavailable item. 6.
